Dealer rows across the region.
Dealer rows line the main roads of Santa Rosa, Roseville and Elk Grove.
Each store on those rows runs several businesses under one roof: a glass showroom, a lounge where service customers wait, sales and finance offices, a service drive, a parts counter and the break rooms behind them. Arbor cleans all of it on one plan, so a buyer sees the same care in the restroom as on the display floor.
Showroom floors and glass.
The showroom is the store’s front window. Tall panes and entry doors are cleaned on the inside to remove handprints and the smudges curious kids leave behind, display pedestals and turntables are dusted, and the floor is cleaned right up to the tires of every display car so polished tile and concrete gleam under the lights.
Sales desks, brochure stands, kiosks, the reception counter and the chairs where buyers sit are wiped, and bins are emptied throughout. Hard showroom floors get periodic burnish and scrub work from our floor care crew, timed for a night when the surface has hours to set before opening. The same display-first routine runs our showroom cleaning for furniture, lighting, flooring and design stores.
The customer lounge and restrooms.
Service customers can sit in the lounge through an oil change or a full afternoon of repairs. Arbor cleans the coffee bar from the machine and counter down to the cabinet fronts and the tile beneath it, wipes tables, chairs and charging counters, dusts the TV wall and leaves the kids’ play corner tidy.
Customer restrooms are cleaned top to bottom every visit: fixtures, mirrors, partitions, dispensers and floors, with supplies refilled from our stock or yours. Owners waiting on a repair judge the whole store by this room, so it never gets a rushed pass.
Sales, finance and back offices.
The finance office is where a buyer signs, so it should feel calm and orderly. Desks, chairs, glass walls and door hardware are wiped, carpet is vacuumed and trash is cleared, while deal jackets and paperwork stay exactly where they were left. The general manager’s office, conference room and sales offices follow on the same route.
Sales bullpens, staff break rooms and the BDC call area get counters, appliances, tables and floors cleaned so the people who sell the cars start fresh each morning. Deep extraction for office carpet is booked through carpet cleaning midweek, when traffic through the store is lightest.
Service drive, parts counter and shop offices.
The service side sees the most grit and the most traffic. Advisor desks on the service drive, the cashier window, the parts counter and the service waiting area are cleaned each visit, and the doorway from the drive lane is kept clear of the dust and road film that follow customers inside.
The technicians’ break room, their restrooms and the service manager’s office are on the route too. When the shop or drive floor needs a deeper reset, Arbor machine-scrubs the concrete overnight, while the lifts sit idle.
Timed around showroom hours and sales weekends.
Visits are booked after the showroom closes or before it opens. The service department, which often starts its day first, is finished early, and the showroom comes last so the glass and floor are freshest when the doors unlock.
Holiday sales, model-year launches and tent events bring crowds and test drives all weekend. Arbor can add a visit the night before and a recovery clean after, and an Arbor day porter can look after the lounge, coffee bar and restrooms while the floor is busy.
Dealer groups with stores in more than one town, or a pre-owned lot with its own building, can bring every location under a single plan. Every store keeps a checklist and hours of its own, with one point of contact for all of them.
What sets a dealership cleaning price.
Several things shape the monthly figure for a dealership. Square footage and visits per week come first, followed by the amount of showroom glass, the showroom floor finish, the number of restrooms, the size of the lounge and service waiting area, your sales and service hours, and any event visits or porter time.
The free walkthrough turns those factors into a written quote, with event visits and concrete scrubbing listed as separate items.
A few useful answers
Common questions
Will the showroom be ready by the time we open on Saturday?
Yes. Stores that open Saturday morning are cleaned overnight Friday or very early Saturday, with the showroom finished last so the glass and floor are spotless at opening.
Will the crew work around the cars on display?
Yes. The floor is cleaned up to each tire and pedestal, and the glass, platforms and nearby desks are wiped without moving any cars.
Can the customer lounge get attention during a busy sale weekend?
Yes. A day porter can work the lounge, coffee bar and restrooms during event hours, and extra visits can be added before and after the sale.
Do you scrub the concrete in the service drive?
Yes. Concrete in the drive and the shop bays is machine-scrubbed overnight or on a Sunday, while the lifts are idle.
We run three rooftops. Can one plan cover them all?
Yes. Each store gets its own checklist and schedule, and you have one contact at Arbor for every location.
